Products may be returned that don't fall under our Warranty Policy and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We'll issue a refund once we have received the products and evaluated them for damage.
Refunds will be issued, via check, within one week of evaluation. Products that are returned damaged are non-refundable. Additionally, any custom parts, labor or shipping charges are non-refundable.
